Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Free shipping is offered for U.S. orders over $175. shipping on Orders that are $175 or more before tax, qualify for free shipping. .

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Wonderful! Your order is placed and you are ready to get it delivered so we will work on getting your order packaged and shipped promptly. All orders will be sent within 2-4 business days or before with the exception of Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and busy times. In these instances, there is a possibility there may be a delay in getting packages shipped. Please be advised, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, unclaimed, refused or inaccurate given addressed. You are encouraged to track your packages and file a claim with the carrier in the instances mentioned above.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: For those who receive my Stylist service and opt to have a subscription, delivery frequency is selected based on the needs of the customer.

Item substitutions must be made at least 5 days prior to the date your package will ship.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders will only ship on business days Monday-Friday. Orders that have the same day delivery service, will need to be placed by 3pm EST and must be in stock. Delivery time will be confirmed via email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DO YOU CHARGE TO RE-SHIP MY PACKAGE IF IT IS RETURNED?

Yes, you must pay the shipping charges to resend your package(s) if you are not home when the allotted delivery attempts are made.
